The New York Realty Exchange is a real estate marketplace where sellers, buyers and real estate agents interact. Sellers can put their property up for sale, edit and manage their listing. Real estate agents can bid on their fees for selling your property. Sellers select the broker they want to work with based on service offerings and commission fees charged. And if you need assistance in setting the listing price, enter your listing and one of our registered agents will contact you for a free market appraisal.

Or sell your property on your own using our tools. We've made it easy to list your property, upload pictures, and receive communications. And all of your contact and property address information is kept confidential.

Sellers
You've invested a lot of time and money in your property. And now it's time to sell. Maybe you're thinking about retirement or moving into a bigger or smaller place. No matter the reason, you want to sell at the best possible price. We give you the flexibility to sell your property the way you want to. Real choices. You can list your property at no cost to you. When you list your property, emails are automatically forwarded to buyers in your market who have registered at New York Realty Exchange. We've introduced real estate commission fee bidding where real estate agents bid on the amount they will charge you to sell your home. The market determines what you can sell your property for. Why not let the market determine how much you pay for real estate broker fees? We believe that open market competition on fees and services ultimately benefits both buyers and sellers, both in terms of price and level of service. And it benefits the real estate agent, as the agent offering the best combination of price and service will benefit. Get started on listing your residential, rental or commercial property.

Real Estate Agents/Brokers
Never before has there been so much change in the way real estate is transacted. The internet really does change everything. Buyers and sellers have more access to information and listings. There's a fundamental shift of power to consumers, both buyers and sellers. Where does that leave the real estate agent? We at New York Realty Exchange believe that the internet presents an opportunity for real estate agents. There's no doubt that the internet is here to stay. The question is how you, the real estate agent, will participate. We believe that the agent continues to play a key role in the real estate transaction with knowledge and other assets that facilitate the process. However, the internet shift has allowed mass marketing to buyers and sellers. Real estate professionals will, now more so than ever, compete on the basis of price, lever of service and service offerings. We've introduced commission fee bidding where you can compete for listings based on fee percentages and service. Sellers can review bids and select the bid that meets their needs, in terms of both price and service.

To participate, you must be registered. Registration is free! And we will send you property listings in your market area as they are posted by sellers! (Just indicate that you want us to send you email in the registration process). To sign up choose a state, then press GO!

Commission Fee Bidding
New York Realty Exchange introduced broker bidding where real estate agents can bid on their real estate commission fees for selling your property.

How does it work?
The seller lists their property on New York Realty Exchange and can set their price for real estate commission fees. Real estate agents in that market are notified of the listing via email which includes a link to the listing. Agents can opt to bid on their commission to sell the property (the fee is a percentage of the selling price). Sellers can then review the bids, comparing bids and service levels and offerings of the agent.

The seller can then select a bid where the seller and agent enter into an agreement where the agent becomes the listing agent for a determinable amount of time. Once the agent has been selected and a contract signed, the seller makes the selection of the agent on the New York Realty Exchange website. When the selection is made, the agent contact information is displayed for the property listing.

Continued Coverage
As you wait for agents to bid, the internet keeps working for you. When you list your property, emails are forwarded automatically to buyers in your market who have registered with New York Realty Exchange. They then have the opportunity to contact you via our confidential (your name or address are not displayed on the site) email system.

Who Benefits from Commission Bidding?
Everyone in the transaction benefits. Sellers benefit from increased competition, buyers and sellers have more room for negotiating price, and real estate agents and brokers who are used to providing top quality service will benefit.
